March BINGO Workout

We all love our BINGO Games. Let's do a March Workout Bingo. Of course it is March, so we need to get marching. Each square will require you to do some marching. Modify the squares as needed. Only one square a day. If you want to challenge yourself, do that square in addition to your regular workout.



Let's get walking!

Using the list below, start marking off squares on the bingo card. Each square is numbered. Each will list both # of steps and # of minutes so you can choose other workouts as needed using the minutes as your timer.


You will need to use weights or kettle bells for some squares requiring weight training. Substitute food cans or jugs of liquid if needed.

#1 500 steps / 5 min + 5 minutes quiet time spent deep breathing

#2 1000 steps / 10 min + stretching before and after walk/workout

#3 1500 steps / 15 min + 1-2 servings of water to stay hydrated

#4 500 steps / 5 min + 25 WPUs

#5 10 minute workout of your choice with someone else

#6 1000 steps / 10 min + 10 toe touches

#7 Dance party! Dance to 3 songs from 3 different decades.

#8 500 steps / 5 min + 5 min weight training

#9 1000 steps / 10 min + upper arm strength training

#10 1500 steps / 15 min + 5 min of "me" time

#11 500 steps / 5 min + 10 min weight training

#12 1500 steps / 15 min + 5 positive affirmations

FREE SPACE -- Can use if you lose 1 pound

#14 1000 steps / 10 min + 10 minutes quiet time letting go the stress of the day

#15 500 steps / 5 min + an online workout of your choice

#16 1500 steps / 15 min + setting a healthy goal of your choice for the next week

#17 500 steps / 5 min + jump for joy! 10 regular or modified jumping jacks

#18 Dance Party! Dance to 3 songs from 3 different music genres.

#19 1000 steps / 10 min + attempt to moon walk

#20 500 steps / 5 min + core or lower body strength training

#21 10 minute dance party with someone else (music is your choice)

#22 500 steps / 5 min + 5 min weight training

#23 1000 steps / 10 min + 5 min chair yoga

#24 1500 steps / 15 min + dive into a purge project for 5 - 10 minutes

#25 500 steps / 5 min + make your walk outdoors and take pictures of sites you see

Love this too. I printed it out so I can work on this daily.


Started with square one. I walked over 500 steps around the block and then worked on raking the yard for about 15 minutes until I got a severe coughing fit (think it was a little too much and my lungs wanted to rebel). Did 5 minutes of deep breathing (plus the RX cough syrup) to try to get myself back to neutral.
