One last hot 80+ day and then dipping back into the 50s and 60s with an occasional 70. Much more seasonal. Holding onto the hope of some rain on Wednesday. Easter plans are to go up to Jeremy's house which is always such a fun time with all the Colorado grandkids, but we always miss the Texas crew. I still haven't gone down to see Henry yet and he is already a month old. Just always seem to have dr. appointments for different things and then won't be done with Cardiac Rehab until April 20th. Then have required trips for the Moose in May and June. Could fly but airports are such a mess right now not sure…
OK. I want one of these for my cats. Not sure the cats would agree.
Welcome to a new week and soon to be new month. I hope you all don't mind but I'm resurrecting last year's April Foolishness threads. My cousin went in for emergency surgery this weekend trying to stop a mini-stroke. Got word this morning that she had to go back in for another one this morning. I'll get the boards switched either tonight or tomorrow. Last year's threads kind of fit well with what we have been working on so I decided they would work again this year. We will still find our foolishness this month.
In addition to my cousin, managed to get my living…
I'm so sorry that your cousin had to go in for more surgery... sending prayers that she gets through this. You're getting lots done... good for you! Thanks for the fun boards! I love the cat!!!
Leo did a great job with my clients.. He is usually so shy. But he greeted them and shook their hands! Silly kid.. The baby shower was great.. They have zero need to buy anything for at least a year! That baby is going to be fitted for a while. LOL
Not sure what today will bring. Just know I have to clean out my car to drop it off at the shop I have a wheel bearing going bad I believe. Yay.
Well, this is the 19th day we've broken heat records in San Diego county! We went with Mom and Belinda to the Safari Park today to see the new huge elephant enclosure...it was fabulous! It was also 95 degrees! At least they had misters and shade all around. We also rode on the tram to see the animals on the savanna...shady and a breeze felt good, and I got lots of steps in. We went to dinner at Miguel's on the way home and had yummy steak fajitas with lots of veggies.
Tomorrow the kiddos are coming over while Kev and Ash have a date day. Got to get to bed!
