Hot Dog! Let's Lose Weight!!

We all know what we need to be doing to lose weight. At the top of that list is to drink water, workout, eat right and track, track, track! So our weight loss challenge for this month is going to be that place to track that we are making an effort to lose weight. Answer the daily check-in questions to ensure that you are putting in the work needed to drop a few pounds in March.

Set Your Goals:
Set your goals for water, fitness and nutritional goals. Be specific. 30 fitness minutes or 5,000 steps. Less than 100 carbs a day or 5 servings of freggies. 8 servings of water. Etc. These goals can be modified each Friday. Shoot for improvement of these goals through the end of the month.
Post your daily check in using the template below. This challenge starts on March 6th, so make your plans to hit the ground running. Give yourself marching orders!
