Let's have some fun while we work to take our steps/walking minutes. Set your daily walking goals for June. In addition to getting in your steps/minutes, roll the dice you are using for Healthopoly to add a silly summer mini-challenge to your workout.

Get a dice or ask Alexa. Plan your daily steps/minutes, then roll the dice to see what additional fitness activity you will be adding to your daily walk Have some fun with it!
Roll your die. Which workout are you adding today?
Silly Walking for 2 minutes. Make up steps, walk backwards, dance down the street, etc.
Twerk it baby! Touch your toes and wiggle you booty. Do it a couple of times!
Goat Yoga. Try a new yoga move - standing, sitting, whatever works. Sillier the better.
Get the pic. Take and share a picture of something you see on your walk.
Dance to a silly song -- chicken dance, macarena, hokey pokey, juicy wiggle, etc.
Member's Silly Choice for 2 minutes. Make it funny!!!
