Set aside time this month to do your journals, whether here or your personal journal. Find a quiet time to sit down and really think about what you want to say to yourself, what you want to track, what is motivating you to do better, etc. Make your journal time special and just for you.

Got my watering done and a load of laundry in and a couple things to do in the office and then meeting Alli for lunch in Eaton. She sent a text last night asking if we could hang out today and of course I said absolutely. She just got back from a FFA conference in Pueblo and both Owen and her leave Sunday for a mission trip to Costa Rica and then we will be gone to OKC for Moose International Conference. She is going to be a sophomore this year and still wants to hang out with Grandma. I never ate breakfast and already know what I am ordering so I am good to go. It is goi…

Hey all! TGIF!!!! Just a few hours away from the weekend. It should also be the last day that I'm stuck in Spanish translations. SO ready to be done with that!


Ended up getting rain since last night so hopefully it is now past us so I can grill out last night's supper tonight. Ended up just ordering a pizza and watching the Fever game.


First of the grocery orders is coming soon and picking the rest up after work, so everything is planned for this next week. Weather is not cooperating this weekend, so I'll be lucky to get the mowing done between the rains. Moving the rest of the yard projects to next weekend.

Happy Friday..


Leos team won their game last nigh 7-5. He got 2 singles. Luke's team run ruled the team they played. Luke got a single and a double and a walk I believe.


Leo has a game this evening and tomorrow is a double header if the rain holds off Fingers crossed. Going to be a hot one. High 80's. So much for our spring! We went from winter to summer.

PT for my knee today and then I think I may shop a little I din't need anything killing time. lol

Busy couple of days with kiddos! Yesterday was Brody's kindergarten graduation. They had a pizza party and ceremony at the school for immediate family. We met the kids at their house after lunch. We took the fam to celebrate at Boomers...a play place with mini golf, laser tag, bumper boats, go karts, and an arcade....and Brody did it all! I did laser tag, mini golf and some arcade games ...it was a blast! We ate dinner there and did the arcade after the outdoor activities.


Today I slept in, relaxed, and finally finished sorting pictures to put in a book. Tomorrow who knows!


I'm good with groceries, but need to make real exercise a priority even the my hip hurts.…

Sounds like a fun time - kindergarten graduation is a big thing. I wish I could sleep in but up every morning at 5:00 with nothing to do but play on my I-Pad. Guess I could use that time for a walk instead.

I got up at 5:00 as I usually do and then sat in my chair and fell asleep until 8:00. I never do that but I must have been more tired than I thought. Had a light rain last night but still needed to water the veggies this morning. I didn't track yesterday as I didn't really eat anything but was more of a grazer throughout the day but back at it today. Got over 5000 steps so that was good. I have to work a little to get them as I mostly sit on my behind throughout the day. Still not down where I wanted to be after our little trip. Hopefully tomorrow morning it will look a…

Your body was telling you to get more sleep. We need to recharge our batteries. Keep up the good work on the steps. Sitting on our behinds all day doesn't do ourselves any favors. Enjoy your Friday!
