Whether drinking it or diving into it, water is our best summertime friend. Are you getting in 8+ servings a day? Staying hydrated, especially in the summer heat is vital.
Post how many beverage servings you are getting in each day.

Be Kind to Your Skin - Hydrate!
Ways to stay hydrated
A few healthy ways to increase your daily water intake include:
Carry a refillable water bottle with you and refill when necessary
Add a squeeze of fresh fruit to your water for flavor variety
Make water your drink of choice for meals and snack times
Avoid sugary beverages such as soda or energy drinks
Try making half of your plate fruits and vegetables, which is an easy way to incorporate extra fluid at mealtimes.
With these tips, you can be successful in your efforts to stay hydrated and healthy throughout the summer months.
It doesn't matter if you are getting in water, iced tea, coffee, lemonade or other water-based drinks. Avoid high sugary drinks, but anything water-based will help keep you hydrated. All of those servings count!

How much should you drink?
Most people need about 8 - 12 cups of fluids every day to stay hydrated, but active people need more to replenish the sweat they lose during activity. To know if you’re drinking enough, weigh yourself just before and after you exercise (after emptying your bladder and removing sweaty clothing). If you lose more than 2% of your body weight, you’ll need to drink more. You can also tell if you’re drinking enough by checking the color of your urine (healthy urine looks like lemonade — not apple juice!).

Got in 9 yesterday
Need to work on it more tonight...will probably have to get up several times tonight! LOL
Did better. Think I got in 8-9. Plus a spicy mango margarita.
