Baby shower today for my niece.. She is due next week. She is miserable.. Not as easy having a baby at 38 as it was 16 years ago.. And it's a hour away.. Not looking forward to this one at all but we will go to support her.. Don't care for dad and his family at all. However it doesnt matter as I will never see them again lol
Birthday was good Matt and Missy grilled for me and then we stayed and hung out for alittle bit.. The kids just got back from the louisville slugger baseball museum and a minor league game. So we got to hear all about that. Leo won 2nd place in a hula ho…

I gained one pound last week, but lost 2 this week... there's hope for me yet! I'm making an effort to do the daily exercises and picked ones I can complete!
This morning I got up early, took a shower and went to my doctor's office to do redo the list urine sample from the lab. They also wanted me to get another blood draw for alkaline because mine was elevated on the other test (has to do with the liver). I decided since I was fasting anyway, I'd try a walk in lab and got in in 10 min. Yay! So all of my lab work and scans are done...all I need to do is see a cardiologis…
