Child's Play Challenge

On the April Foolishness Challenge thread, you set a weekly fitness goal. This challenge is set up to ensure you are hitting those goals and maybe even a little bit more. By completing your daily fitness goals, you can earn some childhood trophies for you to play with. This challenge will see how many of those fun trophies you can earn in April. Follow these directions to participate in this challenge:


1. Post your M-F fitness goal from the April Foolishness Challenge. It can be # of steps, fitness minutes, miles walked, songs danced, etc. Whatever you chose for that week.


2. Take your daily goal number and multiply it by 5. That is your target goal to earn a trophy. For example, if your goal is to walk 5,000 steps every day, then take 5,000 x 5 = 25,000 steps. Once you have walked 25,000 steps, you will earn a trophy. Or perhaps your goal is 30 minutes of exercise. 30 minutes x 5 = 150 fitness minutes to earn a trophy.


3. Track and post when you earn your trophies. We will see who earns the most trophies by the end of the month.
