Read, White and Blue

Updated: Jul 6

This is both our weigh-in thread and our informational challenge. Each of you are being asked to participate in getting both information and motivation for the rest of the team. Between now and Friday, figure out what health issue you want more information on and a better plan to move forward with in your better health fight. Every day, you are being asked to post something you know or have learned on any of the team’s chosen subjects. These can be articles, hints, diet tips, doctor advice, a reason why to do or not do something, pics, motivational quotes, etc. If you want to cover two different topics, that is welcomed too. However, don’t bite off more than your schedule will allow you to. It is much preferred that even quick participation will help you to have more reasons to move forward and make an effort in July. Reading what others are posting can give us the motivation we need to make that effort. Stay focused on one or two battles you want to fight the most. Let’s learn how we can win our liberty and freedom in 2026!

OUR TOPICS:

Heart Health

Liver cirrhosis

Diabetes

CKD

and of course, Weight Loss!

This scares the crap out of me. I really want a good salad. Guess I will head to the fruit stand instead of grocery for lettuce~

Hip Replacement Surgery/Johns Hopkins Medicine https://share.google/phtlmEy9aOvGA7838

My last hip replacement was due to Osteonecrosis, and this one Osteoarthritis with 2 cysts in the joint which causes severe popping pain when straightening my leg. The surgeries are full replacements and anterior (front of my leg for faster healing).
