Celebrating Simple Strategies for 2026

We seem to agree that 2026 is the year that we need to make losing weight and getting healthier a high priority in our lives. We all know what we need to do, it is actually putting those ideas into practice that we need to if we are going to lose the weight we want in 2026.
Our threads in January will be about making simple lifestyle choices and changes.

Nutrition. Fitness. Hydration. Motivation. Our Weight Loss challenge will be tied to our nutrition challenge this month. We will keep the threads simple and focused, however, the more you interact and share on those threads, the better success we will have in each of those areas. We need to keep each other motivated and inspired to make an effort every day.

Commit the time and effort you will need to make meal plans, workout plans, tracking and journaling both here on the FSC and in a personal journal/tracker. The results we get will be directly related to the effort we put into it. We can accomplish anything we put our minds to. Let's make 2026 our year to focus on our health!
