Hey ghoul friends! Welcome to our wickedly wonderful journaling thread for October. This is a place where we whisper our spells and conjure up the daily tales of our hauntingly ghoulish adventures this month.

Personal Tracking:
Do you have a personal journal or trackers that you use in addition to the FSC? This is something that is highly recommended to help with tracking your fitness and nutrition as well as giving you a place to write to yourself about anything you do not want to talk about on our thread here. We all know the magic there is in tracking our progress. A simple notebook will do. Make an effort to track your progress this month.

We're a 30 minutes from the bewitching hour, but for all of you it's Halloween!
Have a great weigh in and I hope everyone scares off some weight!
No words...just the scariest thing I've seen this October.
Friday eve! Halloween eve! Not the end of the week. Boo. Woke up this morning thinking it was Friday. Took about a half hour to sink in that it was only Thursday.
Have the boards ready to post. Some fresh takes on old November boards. I'm hoping to post them tonight since we will use tomorrow's weigh-ins as our starting weigh-ins for November.
Stepmom is back home. Was wiped out, so I'll be taking her groceries to her today. She is going to be getting some palliative care and needs to have someone come in and do her cleaning for her. The "no driving" for at least 6 months will…
Hi Ladies,
Yes, I am still alive. I spent 10 days in Billings and it depleted me. It has taken this long to finally start coming back to normal. I helped my Dad put all his things into his new shop, sorted and organized. He was so happy for the help. My knees did not appreciate the concrete at all. Plus it is always just so emotionally draining. It is hard to see your aging parents decline. I tried to let a bunch of stuff go and just enjoy being with them.
My tests went well for the heart. As far as I (and Google) can tell, everything looked pretty good. My left ventricle is a little "lazy" but it…
Not a lot going on here. Its cold and rainy 46 degree. I am glad that it is today and not tomorrow.. The kids get to get out and trick or treat and it won't be raining. I can't wait! So excited to walk around with the boys. Missy sent me Leo's indoor soccer schedule it starts next week. I didn't know he was going to play indoor. Then Luke will be playing basketball. Luckily they will both be at the same facility.
Didn't get to walk yesterday due to the stinking rain. Hopefully we can this afternoon if the rain stops. But it not we will get back to it tomorrow.
We're having a heatwave, so it doesn't feel like fall! It was 87 yesterday, 94 today and then supposed to drop 15 degrees by Friday. Fun!
I watched the kiddos yesterday and today. Kevin had a freelance job, so that was good (he's a graphic designer). He can make a lot of money that way, but I like when he's with a company so he gets insurance for the family. It's good he gets more income while waiting for the perfect job! I enjoyed playing with the boys the last 2 days!
Tomorrow I have a doc appt for my hip... it's pinching and pops like a nerve is being pinched when I stand up. Yay... not. I'm hoping…
