A Snapshot of Paradise

Since everyone wanted to keep things simple this month, we are going to combine the monthly fitness thread with the picture thread. This month, make it a point to take a walk or do an activity outside your house as often as possible. Keep your phone handy and snap a picture of something you saw on that walk or activity. It could be a tulip in your neighbor’s yard, the kids playing sports, a bird on the feeder or your coffee cup sitting on your deck.

Plan your daily walks and activities as a part of your daily workouts. Think about getting in more steps but being aware of your surroundings and posting your daily pics. What are you finding in paradise today?
