2026 FSC Winter Olympics

Starting on February 1st, there will be a daily Olympic event. You are competing to see if you earn a gold, silver or Bronze medal. You can modify any of these sports as needed. Each day of the week will be a different sport. (See below)



The torch is lit. How many gold medals can you earn this month?


The Events:


Friday: Food Luge

Eating your fruits & veggies!!

Bronze: 2-3 servings

Silver: 4-5 servings

Gold: 6+ servings


Saturday: Ice Dancing

Dance to your favorite songs!!

Bronze: 1-2 songs

Silver: 3-4 songs

Gold: 5+ songs


Sunday: Snow Spa Day!!

Day to recoup at the FSC’s Spa.

No medals - just the promise to pamper yourself Sunday!


Monday: Bathroom Biathlon

During bathroom trips (and any other time possible) do Wall push-ups and calf raises

Bronze: Total of 50 for the day

Silver: Total of 75 for the day

Gold: Total of 100 for the day


Tuesday: Skating on Thin Ice

Drink your water (with or without ice!)

Bronze: 6-7 servings

Silver: 8-9 servings

Gold: 10+ servings


Wednesday: Arm Curling

Strength training with weights

Bronze: 5 minutes

Silver: 10 minutes

Gold: 15 minutes


Thursday: Downhill Calorie Jump

Stay within your calorie range. How close can you get to your low end goal?

Bronze: 151+ calories over low end goal but under high end goal

Silver: 101 - 150 calories over low end goal

Gold: 0 - 100 calories over low end goal


Friday: Weekly Closing Ceremonies

Overall winners will be declared! Winner(s) come up with a team challenge for the following Friday
