Healthy Eating with MyPlate

The benefits of healthy eating add up over time, bite by bite. Small changes matter. This challenge will help you learn more about the kind of meal plan you should be using, how to help plan your meals, and tracking if you are hitting your daily goals. If you do not have it already, we will be using the Start Simple with MyPlate app on your phone or tablet. You can certainly use other trackers if you choose. Again, our challenges this month is about knowledge and taking that knowledge to give us the power to build a healthier lifestyle.

Homework

There will be homework assignments throughout the month to help you use that knowledge to improve your meal planning, eating fresh, serving sizes and nutritional information. If you are using specific meal programs, stick with it. Adjust assignments to match with the nutritional program you are using. (WW, keto, eating fresh, low carb, etc.)

Post daily progress with your MyPlate efforts to eat healthier and fresher foods.
