Secret Santa

Do you want to be a Secret Santa?

Ho! Ho! Ho! It is time for all of Santa's Helpers to get busy before the big day!!! Another holiday tradition on the FSC is the Annual Secret Santa Challenge!

Sign up here if you are willing to spend a couple of days each week playing Secret Santa for a fellow First Stepper.

All participants must sign up by 11pm CST Wednesday, December 3rd. At that time, you will receive a message telling you who you are playing Secret Santa for. DO NOT tell anyone which person you are "gifting" in this challenge. You will be trying to guess the identity of your Secret Santa throughout the challenge.

2-3 times each week, a SECRET SANTA CHALLENGE will be posted on this Secret Santa thread. If you complete the challenge, then you can give a "gift" to your person. This will be accomplished by sending a message to Laura using the Fill Out for Assistance with the Site located at the bottom of each page.

In the comment section, use the following template:

THIS SECRET SANTA HAS COMPLETED TODAY'S CHALLENGE AND IS GIVING A GIFT TO:____________________

TODAY'S GIFT IS:____________________________

"Gifts" can be just about anything as long as it does not go against a healthy lifestyle, such as an entire cheesecake or a keg of beer AND it cannot cost more than $5,000 in real life. So let your imagination run wild! It could be a "gift" such as an exercise video or a manicure. It could simply be a poem or a song. Maybe a lovely fruit salad or perhaps a pet giraffe. Ever wanted to give someone a unicycle or maybe a tutu and ballerina slippers? Have fun with it (especially since it doesn't actually cost you anything!).

The deadline for posting your "gift" is 11:00pm CST the day the challenge is issued. After that time, all of the Secret Santa Gifts given for that day will be posted.

If for any reason your Secret Santa doesn't complete the challenge and/or doesn't send a "gift" to give you by the deadline, then Santa's assistant will be giving you a "gift" secretly.

This will help to keep all of our Secret Santa's on the straight and narrow because nobody wants to be on Santa's Naughty List!!

The starting date and first Challenge will be Thursday, December 4th. From that point forward, it will be your responsibility to check the thread every day to see if a Secret Santa Challenge has been posted. The final day will be on Monday, December 22nd when we will be revealing our Secret Santa identities.
