Did you write to Santa when you were younger asking him for what you wanted for Christmas? Well, why shouldn't we do that as adults? December's journaling thread should be our letters to Santa asking for what we want...to lose weight, to be healthier, to have more mobility, to think more positively about ourselves, etc. This is our journaling thread for December. It isn't so much about being naughty or nice as it is about being honest with ourselves and supporting each other. So, what are you asking Santa for this year?

Personal Journaling
Do you have a personal journal or planner that you use in addition to the FSC? If not, this is a great time to do a little habit stacking getting ready for the new year ahead. Use it as a tracker or just a place to write about your personal journey. Have some fun with it and ask Santa for a new journal for 2026.

Hi ladies! Got the craft show done. It was kind of slow. Of course it got cold so I'm guessing that deterred some. But we made $1200 so not too bad. Little short on kids. So I am exhausted and I caught a friggin cold so today I am rested. May get the tree up tonight.
It's Jack's birthday today. Last teen year- 19! We talked about driving over to see him but I didn't want to spread the cold around or sit in the car. Hoping it doesn't last long.
I am not ready for Christmas at all. Need to get organized.
Have a good rest of your weekend. I'm taking a nap again.
Such a great day yesterday and full of family and fun. Luke's team won their basketball scrimmage. And the other coach sent Matt the nicest text message about how great of a coach he is and how well he has taught his kids. It was a rare thing to see and super sweet.
Leo's team sadly lost but it was a good game!
Then off to get brial shower invitaitons that was a treat NOT Missy's freaking out because it is Jan 11 and I haven't sent them out as of yet. OOPSIE. I know I have dragged my feet big time on this one.
Then the tree lighting.. I had on my heated gloves and heated socks. I was…
We're finishing up decorating for Christmas inside and out...yay! I decided to do it easy and do my Grinch theme...less bins to go through. It looks like green and red threw up everywhere... lol. Very whimsical and fun for the kiddos.
Tomorrow we're going with the whole family to Winter Wonderland. It's free sponsored by the theater arts center, and they truck in snow (probably from all of your areas...LOL), have Santa, kids crafts, food, drinks and a craft fair. It sounds like lots of fun!
I gained 1 lb from Campsgiving, so I'm back to tracking and eating better!
Enjoy your weekend everybody!
I can't believe my baby girl is 34 today. Time is flying.. We are going to drive up early and hit the mall while we are there. they have a indoor mall still. Not many of those left here anymore.
I played in my craft room yesterday and totally lost track of time.. Didn't make it to the printers . Totally forgot I was going to do that actually lol
Have a great day ladies. Busy one here Leo and Luke have games then Doug and I will go out to dinner then tonight is the tree lighting.. Good family time for sure!
Have a great day ladies.
TGIF! And then again, maybe not so much since Christmas is only 20 days away. SO not ready for it this year. Need to get myself organized.
Down 2 pounds. 4 more to go to get out of the 300's. Wouldn't that be a great Christmas present?
Not much exciting in my neck of the woods. Going to get up closer to 30 today and have my groceries coming so I can be done with leftovers. Finishing up Trudy's this weekend. Still haven't found a repairman for the snow blower yet. Hope we don't get much over the weekend. Need to get Thanksgiving all put away this weekend too so I can set up for Christmas. Also need to …
