Balancing Life, Love and Our Health

We all want a life full of love. We need our health to make that life happen. It is easy to do the same thing today that you did yesterday. By not engaging in taking control of our health and our weight loss journey, we are destined to spin our wheels and going no where. Ask yourself if you have been successful doing the same thing day after day. Could you do better? If truly making a lifestyle change, it is vital that we find the balance between making healthier choices and enjoying our lives with those we love. So what do we need to do this month?

First, you need to love yourself. Only by treating ourselves with love can we move closer to a healthier and happier life. We must be our priority. We give so much to those we love and others who demand our time that we don't have the energy to take care of ourselves. That is why finding balance is so important. You need to make demands on your time for YOU.


The second is to love others. They are our motivation. They are the reason why it is so important to get healthier. Think about spending more time with them, being active and engaged without having to worry about your health. That is the outcome we all crave. It is time to make the decision to put in the effort to get there.


What to Expect

The threads for February are going to ask you to be all in and really work on making the changes you would love to have. Wishing is over. It is time for action. The more actively our members participate this month, the greater the changes we will be able to bring about.

If you are keeping a journal or using trackers, please continue using them this month. The more that we track, the better our outcome will be. Keep up with your meal planning and steps/workout goals in addition to using these threads to help you succeed. The more that we share and work together, the more motivated we will be to stay on track. Love you all for sharing this journey with us.
